Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EarlyDoor is operated by EarlyDoor LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("EarlyDoor", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@earlydoordata.com or 1229 Chestnut St PMB #507, SMB #118124, Philadelphia, PA 19107-4143. By subscribing or using our reports, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

EarlyDoor provides weekly reports of new business openings compiled from public records, such as Texas sales-tax permit and alcoholic beverage license records. Reports cover the area and business types described on our website when you subscribe. A new subscription includes reports for the six weeks before it starts, sent once the first payment clears.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. The price is shown at checkout. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you'll keep receiving reports until then. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

5. How you may use reports

• Reports are for your own company's sales and marketing.
• Don't resell, republish or share reports, or the data in them, with other companies.
• Don't use reports to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. EarlyDoor is not a consumer reporting agency, and our reports are not consumer reports.

6. Contacting businesses

When you contact businesses listed in our reports, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including federal and state telemarketing and Do Not Call rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act and Texas law. Don't use reports to send unlawful calls, texts or email.

7. Accuracy

Reports are compiled from public records that can contain errors or omissions, and some labels are our estimates. Planned opening dates are owners' estimates. Reports are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EarlyDoor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms, for example by reselling reports or using them for unlawful outreach.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your subscription, we'll email you before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
